Francine has been practicing yoga for many years. She became a yoga instructor after finishing her 200 hours training at the "Let it go Yoga" Studio with Sue Anne and Jim Parson.
She also studied with Cherri Clampet and Arturo Peal, completing a 40 hours training in Therapeutic yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco.
During the pandemic, Francine has been studying Kundalini yoga and Ayurvedic healing with Jay Dev Singh of Life force Academy.
She offers private restorative yoga and beginner’s yoga in her home or yours.
Restorative Yoga: Learn to go into deep levels of relaxation, releasing your body’s natural healing abilities. Use yoga props such as bolsters, blankets and straps to allow you to comfortably remain in a pose for an extended hold.
Beginner’s Yoga: Learn to move with your breath as you go through basic yoga postures including the use of yoga props such as blocks, blankets, belts, chair and the wall to help with alignment.
